also too either neither都有“也”的意思，在使用时的区别具体如下：

also用于肯定句，放在be动词之后或主要动词之前，例句 We are also students. 我们也是学生。 He also came here. 他也来过这里。

too用于肯定句，放在句尾，有时候还要用逗号与其它部分隔开，例句 We are students, too.

我们也是学生。You, too, have a try. 你也试试。

either用于否定句，表示“也”，通常放在句尾，例句 You aren't workers, we aren't workers, either. 你们不是工人，我们也不是工人。

neither用于否定句，表示“也不”，通常放在句首或句中，并且后面用倒装句。She doesn't like flower, me neither.  她不喜欢花，我也不喜欢。
